Arizona branches will merge into Quality Electric Distributors. The Las Vegas-based QED branch will merge with the Codale Electric operating company.
The utility business of Independent Electric Supply will be a part of Sonepar’s Irby Utilities.
The new structure will focus on those services with the highest potential for success, including improving inventory and service levels with a stronger supply chain, expanding digital support and delivering more value-added services.
