- Dana Mouritzen has been promoted to COO for the U.S.
- Jerome Baniol, current Senior Vice President Finance North America, will assume the global Deputy CFO role as of Jan. 1, 2025.
- Kris Prebola will assume the Senior Vice President Finance, Sonepar Americas position.
