Fastenal (Nasdaq: FAST), Winona, Minn., distributor of industrial and construction supplies, reported February 2025 sales were $627 million, unchanged from the prior-year period. Daily sales were up 5% from February 2024.

Daily sales by geography in February:
- United States: Up 4.5%
- Canada/Mexico: Up 7.4%
- Rest of World: Up 9.2%
Daily sales by end-market:
- Heavy manufacturing: Up 4.8%
- Other manufacturing: Up 10.4%
- Nonresidential construction: Down 6.7%
- Other end-markets: Up 2%
Daily sales by product line:
- Fasteners: Up 0.6%
- Safety: Up 8.5%
- Other: Up 6.8%
Employee headcount in February was up 0.5% from the prior-year period. The only business channel that saw a dip in daily sales growth was non-contract sales, down 5%.
