Rubix, London-based multispecialty distributor of industrial maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) products and services, has agreed to acquire ERIKS UK & Ireland.

The acquisition is expected to be completed by the end of the calendar year. ERIKS UK & Ireland have at least 36 locations.
ERIKS UK & Ireland is an industrial distributor specializing in flow technology, including hoses, valves, sealing and gaskets, as well as technical repair and customization services.
“Through this acquisition, Rubix UK, Ireland & Iceland will become our second-largest regional market with combined annual revenues in excess of €850 million,” said Franck Voisin, Rubix group CEO.
Rubix currently has 750 locations across 22 countries.
