In his last role, Ron headed up Grainger’s Community Grant Program, a joint venture between the company and The Grainger Foundation. In this position, Ron worked directly with David Grainger, the son of the founder and the quiet and generous patriarch whose integrity and generosity pervaded the culture of the company.
