Industrial Supply Company, Salt Lake City, Utah, a distributor of safety, hand/power tools and cutting tools, announced Jessica Yurgaitis as the new CEO after the retirement of Chris Bateman.

Yurgaitis has worked at Industrial Supply for over 25 years, most recently serving as the President of Industrial Supply Company. Previously, she served on the Board of Directors and executive team.
Chris Bateman worked for Industrial Supply Co. for 41 years, most recently as the CEO. Bateman joined the company in 1982, working in the company’s warehouse. He held positions in will call, insides sales and on the company’s Board of Directors.
“I am honored to have been a part of Industrial Supply and to have worked with such an incredible group of people,” said Chris Bateman, former CEO of Industrial Supply Company. “I look forward to my continued role as a member of Industrial Supply’s board of directors.”
In addition, Industrial Supply Company announced the promotion of Andrew Ward to Chief Financial Officer. Ward previously served as the Vice President of Finance.
