Southern Distribution is a provider of plumbing and electrical supplies. It will be rebranded to Prosource after a transition period.
ProSource serves the Southeast, with locations in North and South Carolina.
“The acquisition of Southern aligns with our investment strategy of becoming the preferred supplier of contractors in the Southeast,” said Drew Roberts, CEO of ProSource.
