TIPCO Technologies, Owings Mills, Md., industrial and hydraulic hose, gasket and sealing solutions distributor, has acquired Alliance Hose & Rubber Co., an Illinois-based industrial, hydraulic and pneumatic hose fittings supplier and custom fabrication services provider.
With this acquisition, TIPCO enters the Midwest market, adding to its product line and service capabilities.
TIPCO Technologies operates 35 locations across 17 states.
