Toronto-based Wajax Corporation reported its 2023 third-quarter sales were Canadian $509.7 million, up 8.3% over 2022.
Profit was $20.7 million, up 24.4%.

Year to date, sales were $1.6 billion, up 13.4%. Profit was $69.9 million.
Growth was supported by sustained customer demand across all regions, including continued positive momentum in central Canada. Solid year-over-year growth in product support sales was complemented by greater strength in industrial parts revenue. Equipment sales fell 8% in the quarter.
During the quarter, Wajax acquired Calgary-based Polyphase Engineered Controls, and Sault Ste. Marie-based Beta Fluid Power and Beta Industrial, increasing its custom electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic capabilities.
