Kris-Con is a supplier of specialty construction supplies and equipment serving metropolitan Houston and Austin. It has two locations.
“This acquisition strengthens our commitment to being a one-stop shop and expanding our value-added services to better serve our customers in Texas,” said Alan Sollenberger, White Cap’s CEO.
White Cap operates 500 branches across North America, with more than 10,500 employees supporting 200,000 customers.
