BlackHawk Industrial has acquired JJ Industries of Connecticut, Inc. and its affiliate Jet Tool & Cutter. Headquartered in Southington, Conn., JJ Industries is an industrial distributor, and Jet Tool & Cutter is a manufacturer and regrind service provider. Both companies focus on cutting tools and technical expertise.

BlackHawk is an industrial distributor with 39 global locations. The addition of the two companies will further expand BlackHawk’s distribution presence in the Northeast and its manufacturing capacity and capabilities.
