Imperial Dade, a foodservice packaging and janitorial supplies distributor, has acquired Russell Hall Company. Founded in 1854, Russell Hall supplies paper goods and cleaning supplies in the Connecticut marketplace.

This transaction is the 51st acquisition for Imperial Dade under its current leadership. Financial terms were not disclosed.
