November 2023 sales of merchant wholesalers, except manufacturers’ sales branches and offices, after adjustment for seasonal variations and trading day differences but not for price changes, were $666.6 billion, virtually unchanged from October.

Sales were up 0.5% from November 2022.
Total wholesale inventories were $896.2 billion at the end of November, down 0.2% from October. Total inventories were down 3% from November 2022.
The November inventories/sales ratio was 1.34. The November 2022 ratio was 1.39.
