Endries International, Inc., Brillion, WI, an industrial fastener, class-c component and fulfillment solutions company, acquired Assembly Fasteners, Inc. (AFI), a Florida-based distributor of latches, fasteners and hardware products and solutions.

AFI has five branches. AFI offers Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), Customer Managed Inventory (CMI) and iBinDrop, a stock management solution that gives customers more control over their stock.
The acquisition adds to Endries’s 26 distribution centers and more than 800,000 SKUs.
“This acquisition strengthens our presence in Florida, North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee and Texas, and increases our relationship with a key supplier of ours, PennEngineering®, whom we have in common with AFI,” Michael Knight, Endries president and CEO, said.
