Fastenal (Nasdaq: FAST), Winona, Minn., has promoted Jeff Watts to President and Chief Sales Officer effective on Aug. 1, 2024.

He will assume the president role from Dan Florness, who will continue to serve as Fastenal’s CEO and member of its board. Watts will continue as Chief Sales Officer, a position he has held since May 2023.
Previously, Watts served as Fastenal’s Executive Vice President – International Sales, Vice President – International Sales and Regional Vice President of the Fastenal’s Canadian business. He is a 28-year Fastenal veteran who joined the company as a part-time branch employee in 1996.
Fastenal has about 3,500 in-market locations across 25 countries.
