Imperial Dade Acquires Harbour Food Service Equipment

Imperial Dade, Jersey City, N.J. and Chelsea, Mass., foodservice packaging and janitorial supplies distributor, has acquired Harbour Food Service Equipment, Boston-based equipment and supply distributor for restaurants and corporate, educational and government institutions.

The acquisition is the 83rd under the leadership of Jason and Robert Tillis.
