National Oak Distributors, national distributor of automotive paint, body and equipment based in West Palm Beach, Fla., has merged with Integrated Supply Network (ISN), Lakeland, Fla., a distributor of automotive tools and equipment serving North America and Europe.

The merger combines two complementary product catalogs and aims to improve customer service and delivery times.
“This combination will enable us to leverage industry-leading teams, talent and expertise, expand our portfolio of innovative products and supply chain solutions, enhance our geographic reach, and grow the markets that we serve with the industry leading capabilities that National Oak Distributors and Integrated Supply Network have established in each of our 25+ years in business,” said Geoffrey Peckham, National Oak’s founder and CEO.
Peckham is the majority owner of the new combined company and will serve as its CEO and chairman.
National Oak has 20 distribution centers across the U.S., while ISN has 12 distribution centers in the U.S., Canada and U.K.
