West Coast Lumber, San Diego, Calif., a supplier of lumber and building materials launched by Building Industry Partners in 2022, has acquired Stone Truss.

Stone Truss, headquartered in San Diego, Calif., designs and manufactures roof and floor truss systems. The company will continue to operate from its North San Diego County manufacturing facility and has near-term plans to increase its production capacity. Stone Truss owners Richard Thomas and Charlie Signorino will remain with the company.

West Coast Lumber has four locations in Agoura Hills, Bakersfield, Camarillo and San Diego, Calif.
