Rexel USA has agreed to acquire Horizon Solutions, Rochester, N.Y., with 10 branches in New York and New England.

With the acquisition, Rexel USA expands its presence as an authorized Rockwell Automation distributor and strengthens its presence in the Northeast. 

The transaction is expected to close by the end of the month.
