American Packing & Gasket Holdings LLC (APG), a master distributor of sealing and fluid conveyance products, has joined the industrial flow-control platform that includes Stainless Hose Fittings (SHF), OmegaOne and Texcel, expanding the group’s product offerings and technical capabilities.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1943, APG operates from Houston and Knoxville, Tennessee, distributing O-rings, gaskets, cam-and-groove couplings and other sealing and fluid conveyance products. The company stocks more than 40,000 SKUs sourced from a diversified network of original equipment manufacturers and provides value-added services including custom gasket fabrication, O-ring bagging, and kitting.
The acquisition broadens the platform’s capabilities in sealing and fluid conveyance while expanding its product portfolio for customers in the industrial, chemical, marine and oil and gas markets.

Todd Farnsworth, APG’s CEO, said joining the platform will enable the company to accelerate growth while maintaining its customer-focused approach.

APG adds one of the industry’s longest-established sealing distributors to the platform. The company’s EVER TITE brand patented the first cam-and-groove coupling in 1944, a design that was later adopted by the U.S. military.
The combined platform supplies stainless steel adapters, hose fittings, instrumentation fittings, valves, braid bands, and other flow-control components. It serves customers across a range of industrial markets and said it will continue pursuing acquisitions in the fluid power and flow-control sectors.
The deal is the latest in a series of acquisitions reshaping the industrial distribution market, where distributors and investment-backed platforms continue expanding through specialized product lines and value-added technical services.
