BlackHawk Industrial Opens Tulsa Warehouse To Expand Regional Distribution

Why This Matters to Distributors: BlackHawk’s new Tulsa warehouse adds capacity for industrial supplies serving manufacturers across four states.

BlackHawk Industrial has opened a 72,000-square-foot distribution facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma, expanding its capacity to serve manufacturers across Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas and northern Texas.

The industrial supplies distributor announced the opening Oct. 27, following an Oct. 22 ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Tulsa Regional Chamber. The warehouse is at 12322 E. 55th St.

The facility includes approximately 10,000 square feet of office space and additional capacity for cutting tools, abrasives, coolants, specialty fasteners, structural studs and other maintenance, repair and operations supplies. BlackHawk said the building was designed to accommodate future growth and customer demand.

“BlackHawk continues to grow, and our new Tulsa warehouse represents an important investment in both our business and the community we serve,” said John Mark, president and CEO.

BlackHawk did not disclose the investment amount, staffing levels or additional inventory capacity. The announcement also did not specify whether the facility replaces an existing warehouse or consolidates other operations.

Company executives, employees and Tulsa Regional Chamber representatives attended the opening ceremony. Chamber CEO Mike Neal congratulated the company on its continued growth in Tulsa.

Tulsa-based BlackHawk distributes metalworking and industrial supplies through locations in the U.S., Mexico and the Philippines. Its products include cutting tools, abrasives, saw blades, industrial fasteners and packaging supplies. The company also provides technical support, industrial vending and supply chain services.
