Parts Town Unlimited Adds Technology and Accounting Chiefs to Support Growth

Why This Matters to Distributors: Parts Town Unlimited is strengthening oversight of technology, financial operations, and acquisition integration across a business with more than 50 brands. The appointments underscore the systems and management demands distributors face as they expand into new markets and combine acquired businesses.

Parts Town Unlimited has appointed Pat Quint chief information officer and Kristi Belhumeur chief accounting officer, adding executives to lead technology strategy and strengthen financial operations as the parts distributor expands globally.

The Addison, Illinois-based company announced the appointments Oct. 20. Quint will oversee the development and execution of its technology strategy, while Belhumeur will lead global accounting, tax and treasury operations, improve financial systems and support acquisition integration.

Quint most recently served as chief information officer at Duravant, a global industrial equipment manufacturer, where he oversaw technology strategy, business applications, analytics, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, and infrastructure. He previously held the CIO position at Mastronardi Produce Ltd., according to Parts Town Unlimited.

CEO Bill Geary said Quint’s experience would help the company use technology and artificial intelligence to support growth. The announcement did not identify specific AI initiatives or a timetable for new technology deployments.

Belhumeur most recently served as chief accounting officer at BradyPLUS, overseeing more than 150 employees across accounting, external reporting, tax, internal audit, and shared services. A certified public accountant, she has more than 25 years of financial leadership experience.

At Parts Town Unlimited, her responsibilities will include strengthening audit readiness and improving financial processes alongside oversight of accounting, tax, and treasury. She also will support the integration of acquired businesses; a role Geary linked to the company’s ability to expand globally.
