(HMDT), a distributor of building products, prefabricated components and value-added services based in Reno, Nev. High Mountain Door & Trim was a division of 1847 Cabinets.

As part of the agreement, HMDT’s operating assets were sold to Builders FirstSource and subject to net working capital adjustments and other customary terms.
