Based in Cleveland, Ohio, Nightwine is a full-service distributor of flow control products including valves, actuators, regulators and related products across Ohio, Pennsylvania and Kentucky. The company offers extensive valve automation services.
The acquisition is MCE’s third of 2022 and seventh since 2021.
