American Welding & Gas (AWG), Raleigh, N.C., distributor of industrial, medical, beverage and specialty gases has acquired Texas-based Speed Industrial Gas, a welding supplies, industrial and specialty gas distributor.
This acquisition adds three new Texas locations in San Antonio, Taylor and Pleasanton to its growing portfolio of over 100 retail locations and 25 gas fill plants.
