Why This Matters to Distributors: Regional inventory positioning remains critical as distributors compete on delivery speed and service reliability.
Adleta Corp. has opened a distribution and supply center in Lenexa, Kansas, expanding its Midwest footprint and positioning inventory closer to customers in key regional markets.
The facility is designed to serve customers across Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska, with the goal of improving delivery times and providing more consistent local access to flooring products and installation materials, according to company statements.
The Lenexa site is operational and stocked with inventory, following a recent opening event for customers and suppliers. The facility extends Adleta’s network beyond its primary distribution hubs in Carrollton, Texas, and North Little Rock, Arkansas, which support its coverage across the central and southern United States.
Company officials said the expansion is intended to strengthen service levels in the northern portion of its territory by reducing transit times and aligning inventory more closely with local demand.
Adleta distributes residential and commercial flooring products, including hardwood, luxury vinyl and laminate, supplying contractors, retailers, and commercial customers across its regional footprint.
The company, founded in 1922 and based in Carrollton, Texas, operates as a regional wholesale distributor in the building products sector.
