Houston-based DNOW Inc. (NYSE: DNOW) has acquired Trojan Rentals, LLC.
Trojan Rentals is a provider of pump rentals, automation technology and sales of lay-flat hoses and other associated equipment for water sourcing, transfer, recycling and treatment requirements.

Headquartered in Odessa, Texas, Trojan has 90 employees in three U.S. locations.
