Evergreen Supply Network, Farmers Branch, Texas, a member-owned cooperative, announced the resignation of CEO Bill Ward. The Board of Directors and Bill Ward agreed on the resignation after the company assessed its strategic direction and leadership needs.

Ward officially stepped down as CEO on Aug. 8, 2023. During the transition period, Wade McCone, Director of Training and Education, will assume an interim role as the General Manager.
Evergreen Supply Network has over 47 distributors and over 370 locations in the U.S. and Canada, with a combined revenue of $4.5 billion.
