Industrial MRO wholesaler ORS Nasco LLC has acquired the assets of AD Member Supply and Alliance Distribution Partners, expanding its product range and strengthening its presence in several U.S. industrial supply markets.
Terms of the acquisitions were not disclosed.
AD Member Supply, a division of AD Industries Inc., is headquartered in Indianapolis and primarily distributes bearings and power transmission products, offering both branded and private-label lines.
Alliance Distribution Partners, based in Hendersonville, Tennessee, supplies products to the industrial and welding markets and operates a warehouse in Franklin, Kentucky. The company offers more than 300,000 products from 200 brands across welding, safety, plumbing, janitorial, chemical, and abrasive categories. Alliance also operates a segment of its business that distributes Duracell batteries to retail outlets.
Kevin Short, CEO of ORS Nasco, said the acquisitions will expand the company’s capabilities in key industrial product categories.
“AD Member Supply and Alliance are highly complementary additions to the ORS platform,” Short said in a statement. “Both businesses expand our product breadth and supplier relationships while enhancing our ability to deliver value-added solutions to our distributor customers.”
Short said the additions will deepen ORS Nasco’s offerings in power transmission and welding products while increasing its presence across several U.S. industrial markets.
ORS Nasco is a portfolio company of private equity firm Wynnchurch Capital LP, which acquired the distributor in August 2024. Since then, ORS Nasco has completed four acquisitions.

ORS Nasco distributes industrial maintenance, repair, and operations products to distributors across the United States, Canada, and the Middle East. The company carries approximately 190,000 stockkeeping units (SKUs) sourced from more than 250 original equipment manufacturers and operates 13 distribution centers.
