Why This Matters to Distributors: Value Added Distributors is consolidating its acquired electrical supply business under one brand, bringing wire harness and cable assembly capabilities alongside its fluid power offerings while retaining LTL Supply’s customer service team.
LTL Supply is adopting the Value Added Distributors name, completing its integration following its acquisition in November 2025. The rebranding brings the wire harness and electrical supply business under the same name as its parent’s fluid power distribution operations.
The company said customers will retain the same customer service team, service levels and existing product offerings while gaining access to additional products and services.
“For more than 40 years, LTL Supply has built a reputation of providing high-quality wire harnesses and electrical supplies to customers,” said David Burt, vice president of sales at Value Added Distributors.
LTL supplies wire harnesses, battery cable assemblies, main electrical centers, and control panels. The company said it will continue assessing every wire harness before it leaves its facility.
Founded in 1995, Value Added Distributors distributes fluid power products and provides related application expertise and services. It is a Parker Hannifin Certified Hose Assembly distributor.
The announcement did not identify specific products or services being added through the integration. Katie Cegelski, general manager of LTL Supply, said the transition preserves existing customer relationships while expanding the resources available to support them.
“Our customers will continue to work with the same people they know and trust, now backed by the added resources, broader product offering and expanded capabilities,” Cegelski said.
Future company communications will use the Value Added Distributors name.
