HVAC distributor BellSimons has relocated its Hudson Valley branch to a larger facility in Lagrangeville, the company said, a move designed to increase inventory capacity and offer expanded training resources for technicians.
The new branch replaces a location in Poughkeepsie that served the region for more than three decades. At about 16,000 square feet, the Lagrangeville facility is 60% larger than the former location, allowing the company to stock a broader range of parts and equipment for contractors and service professionals.
“This location gives us the ability to carry more inventory and better support our customers day in and day out,” said Jason Scott, BellSimons’ Northeast regional vice president, in a written statement. “It’s about making sure the products they rely on are in stock, on hand and ready when they need them.” Scott was promoted to his regional leadership role in December 2025 by parent company mSupply.
BellSimons plans to use space in the new facility to host professional training for area HVAC technicians. Company officials said the site will include a live fire room with working HVAC equipment to support hands-on seminars and continuing education, though a timeline for the training space’s opening has not been announced.
The relocation reflects an industrywide emphasis on technical training as contractors contend with evolving systems, refrigerant transitions, and a long-standing skilled labor shortage.
BellSimons, founded in 1940 and now part of the mSupply HVAC distribution network, operates multiple branches throughout New England and New York. The company supplies heating, air-conditioning, plumbing and refrigeration equipment, controls and replacement parts to contractors and service professionals.
mSupply, headquartered in St. Louis, oversees a family of HVAC, appliance and plumbing distribution businesses across the United States and Canada and reports leadership in parts and equipment distribution to service professionals.
The Lagrangeville branch relocation aims to improve service responsiveness and inventory availability in the Hudson Valley market, where speed of access to parts can be critical during seasonal peaks.
