Relevant Industrial is a leading B2B distributor specializing in the supply of engineered products and services essential for industrial applications.
A major part of this growth comes from Home Depot’s acquisition of SRS Distribution, a company that specializes in building products for professionals.
This implementation is a core part of Rexel USA’s Axelerate 2028 strategic plan, which aims to use AI tools to increase efficiency.
For U.S. HVAC distributors, the deal introduces a new competitor in the engineered systems category.
“We’re building a platform for every technician and trade professional in North America,” CEO Asterio Satrazemis said. “The name mSupply reflects that broader role.”
The concept operates more like a warehouse club than a retail grocer—offering bulk goods without membership fees or delivery.
“This rebrand represents more than a new name — it’s a reflection of who we are and where we’re headed,” said Nicole Baltes, president of BFirst Industrial.
The program applies to every employee across Parts Town Unlimited’s 46 brands and 147 global locations.
