Millcraft Paper Company announced multiple executive promotions and a new national hire designed to strengthen leadership and support continued growth and expansion, the company said.
Courtney Enser has been promoted to chief commercial officer, overseeing sales, marketing, and gross profit generation. Enser joined Millcraft in 2015 and has led initiatives focused on customer engagement, market expansion, and sales team development. In her new role, she will direct the company’s commercial strategy as Millcraft expands into new markets and customer segments.
Mike Branch was promoted to chief operating officer after leading operational systems and process improvements since joining the company in 2020. Branch will oversee warehouse operations, delivery performance, and cost-to-serve optimization. He previously led Millcraft’s transition to a new enterprise resource planning system and will continue advancing operational efficiency and scalability.
With Branch moving into operations, Michael Johnson was promoted to vice president of technology. Johnson joined Millcraft in 2017 and has led the development of the company’s ecommerce platform, ERP integrations, reporting systems and AI-driven automation tools. He will oversee internal systems, software development, e-commerce strategy, and technology investments, and will lead the IT team.
Millcraft also announced the hiring of Bruce Sullivan as director of national accounts, based in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Sullivan joins the company from Ferron Inc. and brings experience in national account strategy, business development, and market expansion. He will focus on building long-term customer relationships and supporting growth in new markets.
President Greg Lovensheimer said the leadership changes reflect Millcraft’s commitment to developing internal talent while positioning the company for long-term growth.
The updated leadership structure will allow Lovensheimer to devote greater focus to long-term strategic initiatives, including diversification and expansion into new markets, the company said.
Founded in 1920 and headquartered in Cleveland, Millcraft is an independent, fourth-generation, family-owned merchant serving the paper, packaging, and graphic arts industries. The company operates 24 sales and distribution locations across 21 U.S. cities and serves customers nationwide.
