SiteOne Sales Rise in Q4 as Yearly Profit Climbs 23%

SiteOne Landscape Supply Inc. on Wednesday reported higher fourth-quarter sales and a sharply narrower loss as pricing improved and demand held steady in its maintenance business.

Fourth-quarter net sales rose 3% to $1.0456 billion, up from $1.0131 billion a year earlier. The company said daily organic sales increased 2%, driven primarily by pricing and sales initiatives, with acquisitions adding about $12.2 million to the quarter’s growth.

SiteOne posted a net loss attributable to the company of $9.0 million for the quarter ended Dec. 28, 2025, compared with a net loss of $21.7 million in the same period a year earlier. That represents a 59% improvement year over year as higher sales and margin gains offset expenses.

Gross profit for the quarter increased 6% to $356.8 million, while gross margin improved to 34.1% from 33.3% a year earlier. Selling, general and administrative expenses were flat in dollars but declined as a share of sales.

Chairman and CEO Doug Black said the quarter marked “a good close to a challenging year,” adding that the company benefited from pricing during the period and expects that trend to continue into 2026 as earlier commodity price declines fade.

For the full fiscal year ending Dec. 28, 2025, SiteOne reported:

  • Net sales of $4.7048 billion, up 4% from $4.5406 billion in 2024.
  • Net income is attributable to SiteOne of $151.8 million, up 23% from $123.6 million a year earlier.

Gross profit for the year rose 5% to $1.635 billion, and gross margin improved to 34.8% from 34.4%. The company said acquisitions contributed $110.7 million to annual sales growth. SiteOne completed eight acquisitions during 2025 and, after the quarter ended, closed the purchase of Bourget Flagstone.

Cash generated from operations increased to $300.5 million for the year, up from $283.4 million in 2024. SiteOne repurchased $97.7 million of shares during 2025, including $40 million in the fourth quarter.

SiteOne said demand remained strongest in the maintenance segment, while new residential construction and repair and upgrade markets were softer.

Looking ahead, the company expects overall demand to be flat in 2026, with maintenance growth offsetting continued weakness in new residential construction. It expects overall pricing to increase 1% to 3% for the year.

SiteOne also noted that fiscal 2026 will include a 53rd week, which falls in a slower sales period and is expected to reduce full-year earnings by $4 million to $5 million.

SiteOne is the largest national full-line wholesale distributor of landscape supplies in the United States, serving residential and commercial landscape professionals, with operations in the U.S. and Canada.
