A&M Industrial, Rahway, N.J., a metalworking and industrial supplies distributor, has acquired The Mosher Company, a Chicopee, Mass.-based distributor and manufacturer of abrasives and finishing compounds.

The Mosher Company’s operations will be integrated into A&M Industrial’s Middletown, Conn., location.

A&M has six locations in the Northeast.
