GMS Inc. (NYSE: GMS), Tucker, Ga., a distributor of specialty building products, has acquired two companies, Engler, Meier & Justus Inc. and Blair Building Materials.

Chicago-based Engler, Meier & Justus distributes drywall, acoustical ceilings and other related interior construction products. EMJ has locations in Chicago, Charlotte, Raleigh and Doraville.
Blair Building Materials provides exteriors, insulation and waterproofing products. Blair operates out of one location in Maple, Ontario, Canada.
GMS also opened its new greenfield yard in Ontario and two new AMES locations.
