Hillman Solutions Acquires Intex DIY

Hillman Solutions Corp. (Nasdaq: HLMN), Cincinnati, Ohio, distributor of hardware products and merchandising solutions, has acquired Intex DIY Inc., distributor of cleaning products.

Intex sells its consumable rages, wiping cloths, textiles and other cleaning supplies through retail channels, including home improvement stores, paint retailers, hardware stores and general merchandisers. They have a manufacturing and distribution facility outside Atlanta, Ga. 

The acquisition expands Hillman’s Protective Solutions business. 

Hillman estimates Intex’s 2024 annual revenue to be $55 million. 

This is Hillman’s second acquisition in 2024. 

“We will leverage the Hillman moat to sell and service this new product line with both new and existing customers. We look forward to expanding within this critical category as we seek ways to better serve our customers,” said Doug Cahill, president and CEO of Hillman.
