ServicePower has partnered with Marcone Appliance Parts to embed Marcone’s parts catalog directly into its field service management platform, a move aimed at reducing delays in appliance repair and warranty service work.
This integration gives more than 13,000 service companies using ServicePower direct access to Marcone’s inventory of more than 300,000 appliance parts within the same system they use to schedule jobs, dispatch technicians, and manage workflows. The companies said the goal is to shorten repair cycles by simplifying how technicians identify and order parts while in the field.
Marcone Appliance Parts is part of mSupply, a North American distributor serving the appliance, HVAC, and plumbing markets. mSupply operates a nationwide network of distribution centers, including recently added facilities in Houston and Denver, supporting next-day ground delivery to most U.S. customers and two-day delivery nationwide.
By linking Marcone’s inventory data with ServicePower’s scheduling and dispatch tools, technicians can confirm part availability and place orders without leaving the service management platform. The companies said this approach is intended to reduce repeat service calls and improve first-time fix rates, particularly for warranty repairs.
ServicePower CEO Frank Gelbart said the partnership is designed to make parts access more immediate for technicians and service organizations, while mSupply CEO Asterios Satrazemis said the collaboration connects Marcone’s distribution capabilities more closely with the operational systems used by service providers.
ServicePower provides cloud-based field service management software used by manufacturers, insurers, and service networks to manage both employed and contracted technicians. The company is headquartered in McLean, Virginia, and counts appliance manufacturers such as GE Appliances, LG, and Electrolux among its customers.
MSupply, based in St. Louis, is a multi-billion-dollar distributor of original equipment manufacturer repair parts and related equipment, employing more than 2,000 people across the U.S. and Canada.
