Tencarva Machinery Company, Greensboro, N.C., regional distributor and service provider of flow control and process equipment solutions, has acquired Atlantic Valve & Equipment, a manufacturer’s representative for valve brands based in Richmond, Va.

Atlantic Valve & Equipment serves municipal and industrial water/wastewater markets of Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Washington, D.C., Virginia and West Virginia.
