Alaska Rubber Group, Anchorage, AK, has acquired Industrial Supply Inc. in Bellingham, Wash. Alaska Rubber Group will now have 12 locations in Alaska, Oregon and Washington.

The acquisition will allow Alaska Rubber Group to better serve the industrial market between the Everett, Wash., location and the Canadian border. The acquisition also includes new products lines, and a location with rigging and lifting product fabrication capabilities. 

Industrial Supply has been owned and operated by Rod Jackson and Dave Clark since 2007 and will remain with the location.
