US Foods (NYSE: USFD), foodservice distributor, reported sales in 2023 were up 4.5% to $35.6 billion. Profit available to common shareholders was $499 million.
Sales in the fourth quarter were up 4.9% to $8.9 billion.

US Foods also announced it has agreed to acquire IWC Food Service, a broadline distributor serving the greater Nashville area. IWC has 220 associates and $200 million in annual sales.
During the fourth quarter of fiscal 2023, the company acquired Saladino’s Foodservice, an independently owned broadline distributor based in central California for $56 million.
