Darragh Company Acquires Service Construction Supply 

Darragh Company announced it has acquired Service Construction Supply with two locations in Birmingham and Madison, Ala.

“SCS is a leader in their region, and we are thrilled they will be joining the Darragh family. They will help drive our growth in both current and new markets,” Darragh President Ted Darragh said.  

Darragh and SCS are both commercial construction supply distributors and share many of the same product offerings. With the acquisition of SCS, Darragh will have 17 locations in six states across all divisions, including Darragh, Tool Central and Service Construction Supply.
