“Berg-Nelson is a long-standing market leader in California, and we welcome the highly experienced team at the company. We believe it represents a compelling opportunity for ESS to gain a strong presence on the West Coast to provide our customers with an even larger product portfolio,” President of Echelon Supply and Service Kevin Kilkelly says.
Echelon Supply and Service, previously known as JGB Enterprises, is a supply chain management and logistics services distributor serving end-markets including the U.S. Department of Defense, retail, construction, oil and gas, food and beverage and industrial OEMs. This is Echelon Supply and Service’s third acquisition since becoming part of the HCI Equity Partners investment platform.
