ESC provides electrical products and value-added services to commercial contractor customers. It operates in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
“ESC’s solid reputation and strong relationships with Boston contractors make this acquisition a great market expansion opportunity for NorthEast Electrical,” said Rob Taylor, President of Sonepar Americas.
The acquisition is scheduled to close by the end of June. ESC has six branches and 130 associates.
