ABC Supply Co. Inc., of Beloit, Wis., national distributor of roofing and other building products, has acquired the assets of Los Angeles-based America Building Materials.

Founded in 2012, American Building Materials specializes in steep- and low-slope roofing and waterproofing. Their employees will remain in their current roles under ABC Supply.
With the acquisition, ABC Supply will have its first location in Los Angeles and 10th in the surrounding market.
