ADI Global 2024 Sales Up 18% Year Over Year

ADI Global sales for the fourth quarter ended Dec. 31, 2024, were $1.2 billion. Sales for the year were $4.2 billion, up 18% from 2023, thanks to the integration of Snap One. Organic growth for the year was 2%.

ADI overcame soft market conditions in the first half of 2024 with digital channels and product categories, such as video surveillance, residential security, and fire and access control demonstrating strength in the second half of 2024.  The ecommerce channel, excluding Snap One, grew 11% in 2024 compared with the prior-year period. Exclusive Brands sales, excluding Snap One, grew 20% year over year. 

ADI’s results were reported under its parent company, Resideo Technologies Inc. (NYSE: REZI), whose fourth-quarter sales were $1.9 billion, up 21% from the prior-year period. Sales for the year were $6.8 billion, up 8% from 2023. Profit was $116 million.
