Purchases by member companies from AD supplier partners were $20.7 billion, up 5%. Net distributions to owner/members were $1.45 billion, up 5%.

AD welcomed 110 new members to its group in 2024 through a combination of organic growth and mergers with the Edge Group, the Electronics, Low Voltage, Data and Security group that joined its Electrical-U.S. Division.

In addition, existing members acquired 57 non-AD companies and 13 fellow members. Twenty-two of AD’s 932 members sold their business outside the group.

These results do not include impacts of the IMARK Electrical merger, which created the newly formed AD Independent Electrical Supply Division in the U.S.
