Affiliated Distributors Reports 28% Sales Growth Through First Nine Months of 2025

Affiliated Distributors, the North American member-owned buying group for independent distributors, reported that member sales rose 28% year-over-year to $78 billion through the first nine months of 2025 across its 13 divisions in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Member purchases from Affiliated Distributors suppliers increased 31% over the same period.

The group said a significant share of its year-to-date growth reflects its 2024 merger with IMARK Electrical, which expanded its electrical division and added new members and supplier relationships.

Independent distributors also continued to acquire companies at a steady pace. Affiliated Distributors members completed 75 acquisitions so far this year, including 24 deals for fellow members and 51 involving companies outside the group.

Same-store sales for existing members increased 6% in the United States, 5% in Canada, and 1% in Mexico, in their respective currencies.

“2025 continues to be Affiliated Distributors’ largest growth year ever, boding exceptionally well for our ability to deliver increased profitability to our owner-members, increased market-share to our supplier partners and cost-efficiently support our growing community of independents for years to come,” CEO Bill Weisberg said.
