Air Hydro Power (AHP), Louisville, Ky., regional distributor of industrial products, has acquired Baker Bohnert, manufacturer of expansion joints and other material handling and sealing solutions, also based in Louisville.

“Baker Bohnert has the experience and reputation for customer service, which customers need today more than ever. This broadens the range of products and services AHP has to offer, plus helps us better penetrate the power generation markets,” said Matt Ott, Co-CEO of AHP.
AHP currently operates 25 locations across seven states, mostly in the southeastern U.S. With this acquisition, AHP adds 38 employees, bringing their total workforce to over 400. Those new employees will become employee-owners of Houchens Industries, AHP’s parent company.
