All State Fastener (ASF), a global distributor serving automotive, industrial, and commercial markets, has named Dan Hill as chief executive officer and restructured its senior leadership team as part of a broader plan to modernize operations and expand internationally.
Hill, who previously served as CEO of Ferraro Foods and Würth Industry North America, succeeds a family-led executive team at the third-generation company. ASF said the changes are designed to strengthen management depth and accelerate growth in its core markets.
“For more than 62 years, ASF has been recognized for quality, reliability, and our entrepreneurial spirit,” said co-owner Paula Giorgio, speaking for the company’s board. “Dan brings a proven record of scaling privately held distribution businesses into global powerhouses. Having served on our board, he understands our culture and shares our growth vision.”
Co-owner Nick Giorgio said the company is “moving forward with renewed focus and determination to strengthen our presence in the fastener industry,” adding that ASF will continue investing in talent and partnerships to expand its market position.
Hill led Ferraro Foods through rapid growth to more than $1.2 billion in annual revenue and a series of acquisitions. Before that, he headed Würth Industry North America and served as an executive vice president of the Würth Group, one of the world’s largest fastener distributors.
“I’m excited to return to an industry I know well,” Hill said in the company’s statement. “ASF has a strong foundation and family ownership. Our focus now is to modernize systems, diversify our customer base, and invest in the people who make the company successful.”
The company also named several new leaders:
- Andrew Taylor, chief operating officer
- Jon DeRyckere, chief financial officer
- Laura Locker, director of human resources
- Patrick Muldowney, director of supply chain
- TJ Downey, director of sales and operations
- Darin Sirois, director of project management
- Mersija Mehmedovic, director of automotive sales
ASF said the expanded leadership team will focus on diversifying its customer base, acquiring privately held fastener companies, and upgrading its technology infrastructure to support scalable growth.
Headquartered in Roseville, Mich., ASF operates nine North American facilities, a European distribution center, and sourcing offices in Asia. Founded in 1963, the family-owned distributor supplies standard and engineered fasteners and production components to manufacturers across automotive, heavy truck, and other sectors.
